Don't you love it when inspiration hits you, and you just have to go with it.


Granny's Got New Ears


Materials
Patons Grace (small amount, I've made two pairs so far and haven't really made a dent into the skein)
Size C (2.75mm) crochet hook
2 Fish hook earrings findings

Gauge
Doesn't really matter
Pattern:
String 1 earring finding on to the yarn.
Rnd 1: Ch 4 (this forms the first ch and first dc), 2 dc in 4th ch from hook, (ch 3, 3 dc in 1st ch) repeat 2 more times, ch 1, sl to join to top of first dc).
Rnd 2: Sl st to next ch 3 space, ch 3 (this forms first dc), 2 dc, ch 3, 3 dc in same sp, ch 1, 3 dc in next ch 3 sp, ch 3, dc in same ch 3 sp, ch 1, 3 dc in next ch 3 sp, ch 1, bring finding up to next st, ch 2, 3 dc in next ch 3 sp, ch 3, 3 dc in same 3 ch sp, ch 1, 3 dc in next ch 3 sp, ch 3, 3 dc in same ch 3 sp, ch 1, sl st to join to first dc. Cut yarn and weave in ends.
Ch = Chain
dc= Double Crochet
Sl st= Slip Stitch
Sp= Space

Crocheted Headband!!!!


Lookie here, finally a new pattern, more then a year later. (sorry)


Crocheted Headband


Materials


Bernat Handicrafter Cotton (I used way less then a full skien, scraps would be good)

G (4.25 mm) Crochet Hook


Gauge doesn't matter


Instructions


Ch 11


Row 1: sc in second ch from hook, sc in each ch across (10 sc), ch 70, sl st into 1st sc

Row 2 & 3: ch 1, sc in each sc across (10 sc), ch 70, sl st into 1st sc

Fasten off, weave in ends
