Materials
Patons Grace (small amount, I've made two pairs so far and haven't really made a dent into the skein)
Size C (2.75mm) crochet hook
2 Fish hook earrings findings

Gauge
Doesn't really matter
Pattern:
String 1 earring finding on to the yarn.
Rnd 1: Ch 4 (this forms the first ch and first dc), 2 dc in 4th ch from hook, (ch 3, 3 dc in 1st ch) repeat 2 more times, ch 1, sl to join to top of first dc).
Rnd 2: Sl st to next ch 3 space, ch 3 (this forms first dc), 2 dc, ch 3, 3 dc in same sp, ch 1, 3 dc in next ch 3 sp, ch 3, dc in same ch 3 sp, ch 1, 3 dc in next ch 3 sp, ch 1, bring finding up to next st, ch 2, 3 dc in next ch 3 sp, ch 3, 3 dc in same 3 ch sp, ch 1, 3 dc in next ch 3 sp, ch 3, 3 dc in same ch 3 sp, ch 1, sl st to join to first dc. Cut yarn and weave in ends.
Ch = Chain
dc= Double Crochet
Sl st= Slip Stitch
Sp= Space

Ok I really tried this pattern after I slip stch on thefirst row iI get a hole in the middle and uneven edges. Also when you say ch 3' 3 dc does the CH 3 count as 1 DC?
OK I tried it 10 times the first row makes no sense when I slip stitch I get a huge hole and uneven angels in the middle please clarify
